This calulcator estimate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR).
BMR is a minimum number of calories body needs for its most basic (basal) functions while at rest.

Your BMR: 1,717 Calories/day

Daily calorie expenditure based on activity level:
ActivityCalories
Little or no exercise2,060
Lightly active (1-3 days/week) 2,361
Moderately active (3-5 days/week)2,661
Very active (6-7 days/week)2,962
Extra active (very intense exercise, physical job)3,262

How to calculate your BMR?

This calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, which is considered to be the most accurate BMR calculator for most types of people.

For men:
BMR = (10 × weight in kg) + (6.25 × height in cm) - (5 × age in years) + 5

For women:
BMR = (10 × weight in kg) + (6.25 × height in cm) - (5 × age in years) - 161

How to calculate total calorie needs?

Once BMR is calculated, following equation can be used to determine total daily calorie needs.
Multiply BMR with the appropriate activity factor, as follows:

Little or no exercise = BMR x 1.2
Lightly active (1-3 days/week) = BMR x 1.375
Moderately active (3-5 days/week) = BMR x 1.55
Very active (6-7 days/week) = BMR x 1.725
Extra active (very intense exercise, physical job) = BMR x 1.9
